It's about a planet which is divided in 2. One side is poluted and the other is clean. The characters represent weather (there's the ice one, the snow one, the acid rain one, etc). Each episode lasts about 5 minutes and it's pretty old, possibly from the end of the 80s.<br /> I live in Brazil and I don't know the cartoon's original name. I can't find anything about it at Wikipedia, YouTube or even Google. If you guys could help me, it would be amazing.
